1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tv777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the tv777 platform at tv777.ws or any subdomain thereof.

By completing the registration process and creating a tv777 account, or by placing any wager or purchasing any product through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment you submit your registration or place your first wager, whichever occurs earlier.

tv777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number provided at registration. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall override or supersede the English text.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered player account associated with a unique username and mobile number or email address on the tv777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited real-money funds and credited bonus funds held in a player's tv777 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed using Account funds on any game, sporting event, or lottery draw available through the tv777 platform.
• "Winnings" means any positive return credited to the Account as a result of a successful Wager outcome.
• "Platform" means the tv777 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services operated at tv777.ws.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the tv777 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account with tv777. By completing registration, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. tv777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their Account will be closed immediately, all Winnings will be forfeited, and any Real Money Funds deposited will be returned to the source payment method subject to verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The tv777 platform is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk. tv777 does not represent or warrant that access to the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location before registering or placing any wager.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. tv777 may refuse registration or suspend an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Where tv777 identifies that a player holds or has held multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all associated Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Any balance held across duplicate Accounts is subject to forfeiture at tv777's sole discretion. Players who have previously had an Account closed for breach of these Terms are not permitted to register a new Account.

2.5 Account Verification

tv777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide copies of identity documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by tv777 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until documentation is received and reviewed.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered player, you accept the following obligations with respect to your tv777 Account. Breach of any of these obligations may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, or permanent closure.

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. tv777 will treat any activity conducted from your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified the support team that your credentials may have been compromised. tv777 strongly recommends that players use a unique password not used on any other service and that the Account password is changed regularly.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information held on your Account — including name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information — is accurate and up to date at all times. You must notify tv777 promptly of any changes via the live chat support channel. tv777 will not be responsible for delays in processing withdrawals or for failed communications where these result from inaccurate contact information held on the Account.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tv777 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live games, or coordinate wagers to circumvent bonus terms.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent transaction, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Exploiting errors, system bugs, or platform malfunctions to generate Winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions.
• Laundering funds through the platform, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
• Registering multiple Accounts to abuse promotional offers or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or Account restrictions imposed by tv777.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tv777 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tv777 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider in connection with a transaction.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

tv777 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer from accounts held with BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount across all accepted payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily transaction caps apply and are displayed within the Account cashier at all times. tv777 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits from time to time and will provide reasonable notice of any material change to registered players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, subject to the matching payment method being capable of receiving funds. The target processing time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals is 5 to 30 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within six hours. These target times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where the Account is subject to verification review.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed where the Account has completed any applicable KYC verification requirements. Where an Account holds Bonus Funds, withdrawals of Real Money Funds are permitted provided that the Real Money balance is sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount after the Bonus Funds are accounted for, subject to the applicable bonus terms. tv777 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the Account.

4.5 Unclaimed Funds

Where an Account has been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded — for a continuous period of 12 months, a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 will be deducted from the Account balance until either the Account becomes active again or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email or SMS before inactivity fees begin to be applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tv777 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a tv777 Account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sportsbook bonuses), and time limits within which the requirement must be met are stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus Funds and any Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

tv777 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets across markets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where tv777 determines that a player has abused a bonus offer, the bonus and all associated Winnings will be cancelled without notice and the Account may be suspended pending further review.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

tv777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it but before the wagering requirement has been met, tv777 will honour the terms applicable at the time the offer was claimed unless evidence of abuse is present. tv777 is under no obligation to offer any specific promotion to any player and may restrict promotional eligibility on a per-Account basis at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games and sporting markets available on the tv777 platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All casino games — including slots, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified to produce outcomes that are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by tv777 or any third party. Game outcomes are not influenced by the size of a player's wager, the time of day, or any prior outcome in the same session.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and Vivo Gaming. 6.3 Sports Betting

Sportsbook wagers are subject to the sporting event rules published within each market. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or materially affected by circumstances outside the control of tv777, wagers will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules displayed within the relevant market. tv777 reserves the right to void any wager where a market was offered in error or where a pricing error resulted in odds that were materially inconsistent with the fair market price at the time the wager was placed.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game, betting market, or the platform generally, tv777 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to player Accounts. tv777 will not honour Winnings that resulted from a system malfunction, technical error, software bug, or incorrect odds display. Where a malfunction is identified after Winnings have been credited, tv777 reserves the right to reverse those Winnings and restore the Account balance to the state it was in prior to the malfunction.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by tv777

tv777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct that tv777 considers detrimental to the integrity of the platform or harmful to other players. During a suspension, withdrawals and deposits will be disabled and pending wagers may be voided at tv777's discretion.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Registered players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five working days. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure. Players who have elected self-exclusion under tv777's responsible gaming tools are not permitted to register a new Account during the self-exclusion period.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon permanent Account closure, you will lose access to your Account history, transaction records, and any unredeemed promotional offers. tv777 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations. You remain bound by these Terms with respect to any outstanding matters, including disputed transactions or pending investigations, that arose prior to the date of closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tv777 excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, in relation to the platform and all content, games, and services made available through it.

8.1 Platform Availability

tv777 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. tv777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for any loss — including loss of Winnings or inability to place a wager — arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside tv777's reasonable control.

8.2 Limitation of Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tv777's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tv777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.

8.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the platform. tv777 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play. You are solely responsible for your own decisions to wager, for the amounts you wager, and for ensuring that your gambling activity remains within your personal financial means. tv777 strongly encourages all players to set and adhere to personal deposit limits using the tools available in the Account settings.

8.4 Governing Terms

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international gaming regulations under which tv777 operates. tv777 commits to resolving all player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
